LifeBac is a medically managed program; therefore, should you wish to cancel, you must schedule a cancellation call with one of our team members. If you do not complete a cancellation call, your account will remain active. Do not stop taking the medication abruptly as this could cause side effects. Please note that if you request to cancel within five (5) or fewer days of your next scheduled billing cycle, you will still be subject to the next month’s charge.

IF EITHER BACLOFEN OR NALTREXONE DOESN’T WORK FOR YOU FOR ANY REASON, ASK US ABOUT SWITCHING TO THE OTHER MEDICATION. IT MAY BE A BETTER TOOL TO HELP YOU REACH YOUR DRINKING GOAL. GIVE US A CALL AT 888-959-8858.


Please know that...

…if you are experiencing side effects:

Your plan can be adjusted so you can continue the program with minimal or no side effects and enjoy the benefits of the medication. Call us at 888-959-8858.

…if you have reached your goal:

We recommend staying at your Effective Dose for at least 6 months so the baclofen can fully break the positive feedback loop in your brain. Staying with the program during this period also gives you time to develop new neural pathways. Combining healthy habits and behaviors with baclofen is the ideal way to replace alcohol-centered neural pathways with non-alcohol-centered ones. We want you to enjoy long-term change, NOT a quick fix.

…if you don't think the medication is working:

You might be in the Gray Zone. The Gray Zone is when the medication is working but you continue to drink because of habitual behavior or boredom. If this is the case, we have strategies and resources to help you make the shift from craving, to habit, to choice!

…if you have extra medication:

Please let us know so we can skip your next shipment. Should you choose to proceed with the cancellation, we will have to create a reduction plan to taper you off the medication. The monthly fee is an "all-inclusive" fee that is not only for the medication; it also includes access to follow-up visits with the medical provider, the app, and staff to follow and monitor your progress.
