One of our values here at LifeBac is to empower you to reach YOUR goals. So we are providing you with another avenue to get the help and support that you need, via in-app messaging.

Previously, you would need to call, email or book an appointment with us if you had any questions. These methods are not going away, we are simply adding another tool to your support toolbelt. So let's jump into how we can use this feature.

Note: If you feel you are experiencing a medical emergency, do NOT use the messaging feature and please call 9-1-1.

Create a new message

To create a new message, follow these steps:

  • Open up the Messaging tab by clicking on the tab at the bottom of the screen

  • Click on the New Message button. It is a button with a pencil as the icon

  • You will then be able to choose from 3 options on who you would like to talk to:

    • Medical Provider
A LifeBac Medical Provider, message them to ask questions around side effects, your custom medication plan and any other medical question you have around baclofen or naltrexone.

    • LifeBac Coach
Your LifeBac Coach, at the start of your program, you are automatically assigned to a coach. Your coach will be responding to your questions around goals, habits and any resources that you have talked about in your coaching sessions.

    • Support Team
For any other question regarding the program, such as, but not limited to billing, shipping, technical issues, our support team is here for you!

  • Once you've chosen who you want to speak to, you will need to provide a title or topic for this message. This is a short title to allow you to easily find this conversation in the list of messages over time.

  • Then provide your question and hit Send Message whenever you are ready

Note: Please expect a 24-hour response time during the week and a 48-hour response time over the weekend.

Responding to a message

You will be able to respond to the message similar to SMS and this channel will stay open until your queries has been answered. Once your queries are answered, we will be closing the channel and lock it.

This means that no one will be able to respond to or add any more messages. But it will stay in your Messaging tab as a historical record, so that you will be able to look back and see any message(s) you have sent to us.

We are quite excited about this feature and hope that it will be another helpful tool in your LifeBac journey! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please let us know.
