In order to obtain your log-in information, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to www.lifesabundance.com.
2. Click on "My Account" in the upper right of the screen.
3. Click on "Forgot Username/Password?" underneath the log-in box.
4. If you do not know your user name, you can enter your account number in the "Username" field on the left-hand side.
5. Click on "Send instructions to reset my password".
6. You will be sent an email, to the email address on file, to reset your password.
7. After you have reset the password, log in using your username (as noted above) and new password.
