Customers who pay by Visa or Mastercard don't have to worry about an Autoship order being held up due to expiration date or account number changes.
Outdated account information can lead to card declines and cardholder inconvenience. To avoid any sort of hassle for you, Life's Abundance is now enrolled in a program known as "Account Updater." This beneficial program helps to dramatically reduce the headaches caused by declines, both for consumers and our Customer Care department. The vast majority of banks issuing credit cards participate in this program (over 90%), which offers a seamless account-update process and eliminates the need for direct action on the part of the cardholder (saving you time). The program is designed specifically for companies that offer repeat automatic transactions, like our Autoship program, but only if they meet certain benchmarks for being an upstanding business (which, we do).
If your credit card info has been updated, but not by you, it's because the bank you use is enrolled in the program (i.e., we do not directly enroll consumers).
Many Visa & Mastercard orders can still process even if your credit card information is outdated thanks to our Credit Card Updater Program.
