If, for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner. 

Return Policy:
Should a customer or active Field Representative not be satisfied with a product they purchased directly from Life's Abundance, they may return the product within 30 days for a replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price (less shipping/handling). Products purchased by a customer directly from a Field Representative must be returned to the Field Representative.

If products are to be returned upon termination of a distributorship, see Policies and Procedures, section 6.3 and 6.4 for specific instructions.

Before returning products, please call our Customer Care team at 877-387-4564 to obtain a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return the product or get a replacement. Return Authorization numbers expire within 14 days of issuance. Life's Abundance will not accept C.O.D. packages.

Orders returned to Life's Abundance due to refusal of delivery may be subject to a return fee.
