How are new customers assigned to a Field Rep? | Life's Abundance Help Center

We make every effort to correctly identify the Field Rep that should be associated with each new customer. Whether placing orders on the phone or through our corporate website, every new customer is asked who referred them to the company. Further, if this question is not answered when checking out online, we will call the customer to ask them directly for the name of their referring sponsor.

Once the referring Field Representative is identified, the new customer will be permanently assigned to that Rep and current commissions will be credited.

Having a replicator site takes all the guess work out of how customers get credited. For Field Representatives with a replicator site, every customer order placed through their site will be automatically credited.
