How do I choose pick-up when I order?
To take advantage of free pick-up, look for “Pick Up” under Shipping Options during checkout. You can even set your recurring Autoship items for pick-up, saving money on each order.
How long after placing my order will it be ready?
Orders placed during business hours are usually ready within 30 minutes. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is available to be picked up.
When can I pick up if I order after hours, on the weekend or a holiday?
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to be picked up. In most cases, it should be within just 30 minutes of re-opening on the next business day.
What if I arrive before I receive confirmation that my order is ready?
We will work to prepare your order as quickly as possible. But, you may have a brief wait.
Can I set my Autoship order for pick-up?
Yes! You can opt for pick-up when placing a new Autoship. For existing orders, select Edit My Autoship. You may also contact our Customer Care team at 877-387-4564 to set your pick-up preference. You will receive email confirmation once your Autoship is ready for pick-up, typically on the same day!
