The most common problem with generating reports in KidEvent Pro have been the interference of Pop-Up Blockers. The KidEvent Pro report generates a file to be saved on the computer, but pop-up blockers do not allow the dialog box to come up that allows you to save the file. Please be sure to either:
a) turn off the Pop-Up Blocker or
b) have the Pop-Up Blocker to allow pop-ups from Lifeway.com
An alternative, since you likely want the pop-up blocker installed, is to download a free, alternative browser. The one we are recommending is Firefox, available at getfirefox.com. You can download and install, then head right to Kidevent Pro. The first time you go to generate a report it will block it (it has a built-in pop-up blocker); it will give you a message saying it blocked it, then you can tell it to allow pop-ups from Lifeway.com.
