No, we can't turn on one registration page and turn off the other.
One thing that you are able to do is from the Admin, Volunteer Registration Form Management, add a "read only field" at the top of the form. This can state that this form is not to be used and will be ignored if submitted, and can give instructions on how a volunteer should register.
