When a learner registers at their church's website, will they have to type all their information over again if they were already registered last year?

No, they will see a link that says, "If you have previously registered, click Here". The link will take them to a form where they will be required to fill in the name, zip code and birthday.

The next page will give them a link to make changes to their learner information before submitting, or they can submit it with no changes keeping last years' information.

They will see this note:
Do you need to update Learner information such as authorized pickup, allergies, address, etc.? (If no, the Learner will be registered with the same information you supplied previously.)
(note: if they need to make changes, they only need to fill in the fields that will change; fields left blank will just retain last years' information).

They will see this note:
Due to privacy and confidentiality restrictions, we cannot display all of the information you previously entered. Please update any information that may have changed. Note: If you leave a field blank, we will use the information supplied previously.

If additional changes need to be made again after a learner or volunteer registers for the new year, the person doing their KidEvent Pro would need to make those changes manually at the admin pages of their KidEvent Pro site.
