Our church is listed twice on the VBS website under the section "Find a VBS". How can I get one listing removed?

First make sure that your church has not purchased the KidEvent Pro software management twice. If you are unsure we will be glad to verify this, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-458-2772.

However if you have purchased access to KidEvent Pro you are able to correct this by logging into KidEvent Pro with your User ID and Password. Under the set-up menu", click on "Church Event Info". Scroll to the bottom of the page under "Event Scheduled Days". To delete the incorrect dates highlight them using your mouse and click on the "Delete" button to the right. Be sure to click on the "Save" button at the bottom of this page.

If you are not registered for KidEvent Pro we will need to correct this for you. Please call our KidEvent Pro Support at 1-866-627-8553.
