How can I open a Church Account with Lifeway?
To open a Lifeway Christian Resources account for your church or organization, please complete the Lifeway Credit Application found here:

Once completed, email the PDF to customeraccounts@lifeway.com.
Thank you for your interest in establishing a Net 30 charge account. Please note that incomplete applications may delay processing, and future orders may be placed on hold until your account is approved. You may continue using a debit or credit card for purchases while your application is under review.
Credit Reference Requirements
When listing credit references, please include vendors such as:
Florists
Publishing companies
Printing companies
Bookstores
Music stores
References must reflect at least one year of verifiable credit history.
Please do not list:
Major credit cards (Visa, Home Depot, Staples, etc.)
Vendor credit cards
Utility accounts
If providing a bank reference, ensure the signature on the application matches the authorized signer for the bank account. Include all required account details—account numbers, phone numbers, and addresses.
Online Ordering & PIN Setup
If you plan to order online at www.lifeway.com, you may preselect a 4‑digit numeric PIN for your account. Please also provide the email address you will use for online orders.
If You Do Not Need an Open Line of Credit
If you prefer not to open a charge account but still want to make online or phone purchases with a credit/debit card, add a note in the comments section of the application.
Credit references are not required in this case.
Online orders still require selecting a 4‑digit PIN.
If your organization is tax‑exempt, include a copy of your state sales tax exemption certificate.
