Why is my order showing up as two Autoships?
If your order appears as two separate Autoship subscriptions, it usually happens for one of these reasons:
1. Multiple products set to Autoship
Each product added with Autoship settings is created as its own Autoship subscription.
So if you selected Autoship for two different items, you’ll see two Autoship entries, one for each product.
2. Different delivery frequencies selected
If items were set to ship at different intervals (e.g., one monthly and one quarterly), they are automatically separated into two Autoships.
3. Item was added again during checkout
Sometimes an item can be added twice—once from the product page and again in the cart—creating two Autoships for the same product.
4. An existing Autoship was duplicated
If you clicked “Create New” instead of updating an existing Autoship, the system may generate a second Autoship profile for the same item.
