You can easily terminate your LifeX membership via the app: 1️⃣ Open the LifeX App 2️⃣ Go to Menu > Membership > Terminate Contract 3️⃣ Provide your bank details for deposit refund processing

If you experience any issues while terminating please reach out to us via the app with:
Your full name
The date you want your contract to end
📆 Minimum Stay Requirement
Before terminating, ensure you have completed your minimum stay.

🗓️ One-Month Notice (Full Calendar Month)
You must give a full calendar month’s notice—not just 30 days.
📌 Contracts always end on the last day of the month.
🔢 Notice Examples:
Want to leave on May 31st? Cancel by April 30th (full month given)
Want to leave on August 31st? Cancel by July 10th (full month given).
Cancel on September 2nd? Your contract will end October 31st (not September).
🏠 Move-Out Date
Set your move-out date in the LifeX app 📅
This date is binding and helps our Ops team schedule your room’s final cleaning.
Need to change it? Message us in the app ASAP!- Note: If you move out before your contract end date, your invoice will not be prorated.
⏸️ Can I Pause My Contract?
No, contracts cannot be paused ❌.
If you leave temporarily, you’ll need to terminate your contract.
Want to return? Reach out 4-6 weeks beforehand, and we’ll help arrange a new contract.
🔄 Exceptional Termination Cases
If your residency or work permit has been canceled, you may qualify for exceptional termination:
Provide official documentation proving permit cancellation
Submit proof of departure (e.g., plane ticket)
Payment for the current month is still required
Without meeting these requirements, standard termination rules apply
