Below are some more tips you can do to maximize productivity and minimize time wasted when working digitally.

Add Embeds and web-links inside of your Spaces

Simply copy and paste any weblink inside liftOS. You can do this using the App Library link pasting field. If the link works with iframes and is Embeddable you will be able to interact with it inside liftOS.

Name your Apps to improve search and help your team reach the right information

You can rename any app by double clicking on it in the sidebar or directly clicking on the app name when the app is in view in front of you. Creating a clear title helps you and your team mates find the information later either navigating via the sidebar in the Space or using search to find it.

Use the same App in multiple Spaces

You can Sync an App to multiple Spaces. To do this, in a new Space use the search bar at the top of the App Library to search for the Apps you have previously created and simply click on it to add it to the new Space. Synced Apps have the same content and hovering over the Sync icon gives a preview of the Spaces the App is Synced to.

Favourite Apps and Spaces to reach directly from your Home

The Home is there to help individuals view their favourite tools, spaces and private notes quickly. Favouriting Apps and Spaces adds them to your Home right next to assigned todos and private notes.

Using these features will help you make the most out of liftOS and keep you and your team more productive working everyday with their tools.
