Clearing Cache

Android:

Android apps use a memory cache function similar to a Web browser cache. Just as clearing your cache for a website is useful for resolving loading issues, we recommend clearing your app cache.

  1. Open the Settings menu on your device

  2. Select Apps

  3. Tap Heart of Vegas/Cashman Casino/Mighty Fu Casino/Lightning Link in the list of applications

  4. Tap Storage (if applicable)

  5. Tap the Clear data and Clear cache buttons

iOS

iOS devices work differently when it comes to clearing cache. Unlike Android devices, you can't clear the cache of an app from the Settings menu. There are 2 methods you should try when you want to clear the cache

Option 1 - Restart your device

  1. Press and hold the Power Button and Volume Down Button until the power off screen appears

  2. Power off the device

  3. Press and hold the Power Button until the device turns back on

Option 2 - Reinstall the app

  1. From the home screen, find the app you want reinstall

  2. Press and hold on the app until the uninstall option appears

  3. Uninstall the app

  4. Open the App Store and reinstall the app
