🔧 How Do I Fix or Login or Tech Issues?

Having trouble logging in, seeing a blank screen, or experiencing bugs or lags? Here’s everything you need to get back on track!

💡 Fixing Website Issues: Blank Screen, Lag or Bug.

Try These Steps:

  • Login using the new website link: https://thelightuphub.com/

  • Use Google Chrome instead of Safari for best performance

  • Update your device software (Settings > General > Software Update)

  • Clear your browser cache (you can follow this guide by Google)

  • Use an Incognito window in Chrome

  • Log in on only one device or tab at a time

📱 On an iPad and seeing a blank screen?

  1. Update your iOS

  2. Clear your browser cache

  3. Fully close and reopen your browser

  4. Try Google Chrome if possible

Most blank screen issues are fixed by updating your software!


👋 Login or Access Issues

Start Here:

  • If you have the old site bookmarked, it is likely not the right login link. So, first try logging in using our new site link: https://thelightuphub.com/

  • Use the email you signed up or paid with (check your confirmation email)

  • Check that the payment went through in your bank account, as it is possible you closed the screen before authenticating payment.

  • If redirected to the membership page, just click Login/Register again

  • If your account is inactive, expired or the payment did not go through, please select a new membership plan to regain access

If You’ve Paid But Still Can’t Access:

  1. Confirm the payment went through

  2. Double-check the email used at checkout (which email do you receive notifications?)

  3. Log out and log back in with that email

Why am I being redirected to the membership page?
Your account may be inactive. Click Login/Register again or choose a plan to reactivate.

Can I use Safari?

I forgot my password
Click Forgot Password and check your junk/spam folder for the reset link.
