How shift ratings and your reliability score work.

Your limber profile is both a digital CV and a record of your limber activity.

As well as displaying the information you added during sign-up (your introduction, pre-limber experience and skill levels), your profile serves as a history of your activity on limber. Hirers are able to view how many other limber shifts you've worked, the ratings you've received, and how reliable you are at turning up to shifts.

There are two types of rating on your limber profile: shift ratings and a reliability score. Here's how they work:

Shift ratings

You'll get one of these for each shift you complete. They're given to you by the hirer you worked with, and are out of 3 stars. Don't worry though, we're not trying to turn you into a number - this is what they mean:

✭✭✭ Great work! The hirer really wants you back.

✭✭ Great. No complaints. They're happy to see you again.

Nothing personal, you just weren't a great fit for them.

Reliability

Your reliability rating will change according to your behaviour on limber. When you start on limber, your reliability is 'Good'. As you work more shifts, it will improve, unless you cancel late or no show a shift, which will make it go down.

Your reliability score is based on a pretty complicated calculation, which takes into account all of the following:

  • The total number of shifts you've completed

  • The number of late cancellations you've made

  • The number of times you've no showed (this should be zero - if you can't make a shift you need to cancel. See this article)

  • How close to the start of a shift you late cancel (the closer to the shift, the bigger the impact on your reliability)

  • How many shifts you've completed since you last no showed or late cancelled
