If you cancel late (within 72 hours the start of a shift), your reliability rating will go down. Late cancellations are really tricky - they put the hirer in a difficult situation, and you should never cancel last minute if you can avoid it.

That being said, sometimes things happen - you're ill or injured and you can't possibly work. In these cases, you can get in contact with us at limber. If you're able to provide evidence to support your reason for cancelling, we may be able to stop the incident from affecting your profile.

If you can't show us some proof, though, you'll have to work around your low reliability score. If your reliability score has gone down a lot, it can be hard work to land your next shift. But once you start completing shifts again, your reliability rating will improve. If you're struggling to get hired again, read this article on tips for improving your chances of a successful application.
