Not turning up to a shift is serious. If you apply for a shift and are hired, you are expected to turn up and work the shift, unless you cancel. Read up about how to cancel here.

If a hirer reports you as absent from a shift, you will get a 'no show' added to your profile, and your reliability rating will go down significantly.

limber reserves the right to suspend workers who no show at any time.

If you wish to dispute a no show, you need to get in contact with us at limber HQ, via the 'Help centre' section of the app.
