I think I've been underpaid

If you've received your pay but it's less than you expected, then the first thing to do is to check your payslip.

You can check your payslip by logging into your Paycircle portal. Often, discrepancies in pay are due to tax or National Insurance contributions, which will be detailed in your payslip.

If you think your tax is incorrect, then you'll need to contact HMRC (more info on that here).

If you haven't been paid tips, please note that tips aren’t always paid in the same week as the shift because hirers are legally allowed to pay them up to a month after the shift has taken place. Some hirers choose to upload their tips only once a month. This means you’ll likely receive them in one of the upcoming pay runs.

If you've checked your payslip and tax and you still believe you've been paid incorrectly, then get in contact with the limber team via the 'help centre' in the app, and someone will get back to you.
