The Action Menu gives you quick access to everything you can do with selected content in your Kit. Instead of hunting through menus, you can search for any action or use the quick-access Display Panel to adjust how content appears.
Anyone can use the Action Menu, though available options depend on your role and permissions.
Opening the Action Menu
Select one or more items on the Canvas, then:
Right-click on the selection, or
Click the overflow menu (•••) that appears on hover
Click the Actions or More button in the Inspector
What's in the Action Menu
The Action Menu has two parts:
Display Panel - Quick controls at the top for adjusting how content looks (size, alignment, colors, and more). See Display Options for details.
Action list - A searchable list of all available actions, organized by category.
Searching for actions
Type in the search bar to find any action instantly. The list filters as you type. Use arrow keys to navigate and Enter to select.
This is often the fastest way to do something—just start typing what you want to do:
"move" to find Move to Page
"caption" to find caption options
"size" to find sizing options
"delete" to find Delete
Action categories
Actions are organized into four categories:
View
Preview Assets in a larger view
View Asset details in the Inspector
View Gallery contents
Update
Edit text content
Edit or add captions
Replace files
Rename items
Edit tags and links
Update from Figma (for synced Assets)

Autoplay for videos
Manage
Copy to other Kits or Pages
Move to other locations
Add to additional Kits
Configure Gallery settings
Delete or remove from Kit
Working with multiple items
Select multiple items to apply actions to all of them at once. This is useful for:
Setting consistent display options across several Assets
Moving or copying multiple items together
Bulk-editing captions or metadata visibility
The Action Menu shows only actions that apply to all selected items.
