Galleries allow you to nest asset collections within a kit. Unlike Pages which can be highly organized and customized to present assets and contextual information like notes and guides, Galleries focus on displaying multiple assets in a compact, browsable format.

  • Assets only - Unlike Pages, Galleries only include assets. You cannot add headings, notes or other supporting content.

  • Browsable & Usable - Assets in Galleries can be browsed, previewed and downloaded.

  • Grid layout - Galleries do not allow you to customize the size, layout or presentation of individual Assets.

Types of Galleries

Manual and Dynamic Galleries give you flexibility in how you curate and update the assets in the gallery..

Manual Galleries

Manually choose which assets to include. These are great for curated collections where you want full control over which assets appear.

Best for:

  • Fixed collections that won't change often

  • Assets that don't share common metadata

  • Small, carefully chosen sets

  • Collections that you only want in one kit

Dynamic Galleries

Automatically populate the gallery from a Saved View in your Library. These are ideal for large or frequently changing collections where you want the gallery to update automatically based on tags, custom fields, or other criteria.

Best for:

  • Collections that can be managed via metadata

  • Large sets that would be tedious to maintain manually

  • Tag-based or filter-based groupings

  • Collections you want to manage via the library or share across kits

Example uses for Galleries

Products - Focus your product catalog Kit by creating Galleries for each product. Keep your Page focused on high level information without getting cluttered with all the individual images.

Photoshoots - Streamline your "photoshoots" Page with galleries for each shoot. You could manually upload them or use dynamic galleries to pull in assets tagged by shoot date.

Templates - Organize your templates Page by creating galleries for different template types (e.g., social media, presentations, documents).
