The insights dashboard gives you a centralized view of activity across your Space. Here's how to navigate and use it effectively.
Insights are only accessible to Admins and Content Managers.
Dashboard overview
The main dashboard shows high-level metrics for your Space:
Total views - How many times your content has been viewed
Total downloads - Number of Asset downloads
Active users - Team members who've been active recently
Storage used - Current storage consumption
Time range selection
Use the date picker to adjust the time range for your analytics:
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Last 90 days
Custom date range
Changing the time range updates all metrics on the page.
Drilling down
Click on any metric or chart to see more details:
Click on a Kit to see Kit-specific insights
Click on an Asset to see its usage history
Click on a user to see their activity
Exporting data
Some insights can be exported for reporting:
Navigate to the insight you want to export
Look for the export or download option
Choose your preferred format
