Viewing Kit insights
Open the Kit you want to analyze
Click the Insights tab or icon
Review the usage metrics
Or view all Kits from the main Insights dashboard.
Key metrics
Views - Total number of times the Kit has been opened
Unique visitors - Number of distinct users who viewed the Kit
Downloads - Total downloads from this Kit
Top Pages - Which Pages get the most traffic
Understanding the data
High views, low downloads - People are browsing but not finding what they need. Consider reorganizing content or improving search.
High downloads from specific Pages - These Pages contain your most valuable content. Make sure they're easy to find.
Low overall traffic - The Kit may need better promotion or placement in Portals.
Comparing Kits
From the main dashboard, compare performance across Kits to identify:
Which Kits are most valuable to your team
Which Kits might need more content or promotion
Patterns in how different audiences use different Kits
