Resetting a forgotten password

If you can't log in because you've forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the Lingo login page

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link

  5. Click the link and create a new password

Reset links expire after a limited time, so use them promptly.

Password tips

For the strongest security:

  • Use at least 12 characters

  • Mix uppercase and lowercase letters

  • Include numbers and special characters

  • Avoid common words or personal information

  • Don't reuse passwords from other sites

SSO users

If you sign in through Single Sign-On (SSO), your password is managed by your organization's identity provider. You won't see password options in Lingo—instead, contact your IT team to update your credentials.
