Saved views are bookmarked filter combinations that you can access with a single click. Instead of setting up the same filters every time, save them once and return to that exact view whenever you need it.

Admins and Content Managers can create and manage saved views.

How saved views work

A saved view is a saved set of filters in the Library.

When you select a saved view, the Library instantly applies those filters, showing you the Assets that match.

Note: Saved views only save filters. They do not save search queries or sort order.

Why use saved views?

Save time

If you frequently filter for the same criteria—like "all approved logos" or "assets uploaded this month"—a saved view eliminates repetitive setup.

Stay organized

Create views for different projects, workflows, or content types. Jump between them effortlessly.

Power dynamic Galleries

Saved views can drive dynamic Galleries in Kits, automatically displaying Assets that match your saved criteria.

Examples of useful saved views

  • Approved for external use: Status = "Approved" + Use Rights includes "External"

  • Brand logos: File type = SVG + Tagged "logo"

  • Expiring this month: Expiration Date = This month

  • Recent uploads: Date added = Last 7 days

  • Needs review: Status = "In Review"

Saved views vs. tags

Tags label individual Assets. Saved views are filter combinations that can include tags, custom fields, file types, and more.

Think of saved views as smart folders—they don't move or copy Assets, they just show you a filtered subset based on your criteria.
