Storage insights help you track how much of your storage allocation you're using and identify opportunities to optimize.
Viewing storage insights
Go to the Insights dashboard or Space settings
Look for the Storage section
View your current usage and breakdown
What you'll see
Total used - How much storage you're currently using
Total available - Your plan's storage limit
Usage percentage - How close you are to your limit
Breakdown by type - Storage used by different file types (images, videos, documents, etc.)
Understanding storage consumption
Different file types use different amounts of storage:
Videos - Typically the largest files (up to 10GB each)
High-resolution images - Can be significant, especially RAW or TIFF
Vector files - Generally small (SVG, AI)
Documents - Usually modest storage impact
When storage is running low
If you're approaching your limit:
Review large files that might not be needed
Archive Assets that are no longer active
Delete Assets that are truly obsolete
Consider upgrading your storage allocation
