I'm not receiving emails from Linktree

If you're not getting emails from us, try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your spam or other folders – Look in Junk, Spam, Social, or Promotions folders. If you find our email there, mark it as "not spam" to make sure future emails reach your inbox.

  • Make sure your email is verified – Verification links expire after 72 hours. If yours has expired, click Resend Verification Link to get a new one.

  • Refresh your inbox – Sometimes emails take a few minutes to arrive.

  • Double-check your email address – Ensure it's spelled correctly in your account settings. If needed, try change to a different email address.

  • Check with your IT or email provider – Some security settings block external emails. If you're using a work or school email, your provider may need to allow emails from Linktree.
