I can't access the account email

Trouble accessing your account email? Here's how to update or recover access depending on your situation.

If you no longer have access to the email connected to your Linktree account, don’t worry. There are a few different ways to regain access or update your details—depending on your specific situation.

Follow the steps below based on what best applies to you:


I'm still logged in to Linktree

Great! You’re already halfway there.

  1. Go to your My Account settings.

  2. Under My information, update your email to an address you currently use.

  3. Click Save details.

📝 Note: Make sure you have access to the new email—you’ll be sent a verification link to authenticate your new email.


It’s a work email and I've left the company

Try contacting your previous employer or IT department to see if you can temporarily regain access to the email account.

Once you regain access:

  1. Log in and update your email to a personal one under your My Account settings.

💡 Tip: Switching to a personal email ensures you won’t lose access again if your work status changes.


It's an old email address that I don't use anymore

We recommend trying to recover access to your old email account through your email provider. Here are some links to common provider recovery pages:
