I can't access the email or phone number associated with my account. What should I do?

If you're having trouble accessing the email associated with your account or you've changed the phone number that you used to register your Linktree, you'll need to follow our account recovery process.

To recover your Linktree account, you'll need to contact Linktree Support directly. You can send us an email at support@linktr.ee

🔔 Note: If you registered for a Linktree using a username and password login combination, we're unable to change your registration option to a phone number, Google login, or Apple ID (and vice versa). Instead, you'll need to follow our Account Recovery process to access your account using the original way that you registered.

In your inquiry to Linktree Support, please include:

  • Your Linktree URL / username

  • If you used an email registration, please include any current and previous email addresses.

  • If you used a phone number registration, please include your last phone number.

  • Any additional information you'd like our agents to know about your issue.

For security purposes, we follow a rigorous internal process to recover and protect your account. We appreciate your patience as we dot the I's and cross the T's.
