Sometimes Facebook and Instagram's automated spam detection measures can incorrectly ban URLs that are legitimate. This applies to all URLs and platforms across the internet and isn't isolated to Linktree.
Facebook has an important role to play in protecting users from spam content. If they have accidentally banned your link, the best thing to do is to report it as incorrect to Facebook and wait for them to unban you.
You can also raise a ticket with us and we'll try and reach out to our contacts at Facebook to escalate reports for you. We'll do our best to get you going as quickly as possible, but we are at the discretion of Facebook in terms of finding a resolution, so we appreciate your patience.
Before we can escalate with Facebook, it's important that you report the link as legitimate yourself.
Head to Facebook's debugger page.
Enter your Linktree URL in the field provided.
It'll likely say '"We can't review this website because the content doesn't meet our Community Standards" If you think this is a mistake, please let us know'.
Click the link to let them know and leave a message to say you're legitimate.
