Personalize your Linktree by adding a custom image or video as your background. Choose from your own uploads, design with Canva, browse royalty-free options, or showcase your NFT.
💡 Tip: After choosing your custom background, consider changing your button and font colors to suit your new background.
How to add an image background
In your Linktree Admin, go to the Theme page.
Scroll down to Background and select Image.
Choose one of the following options:
Upload your own image.
Pick from Unsplash to select from over 500k royalty-free images.
Design with Canva to design your own background image.
Use your NFT as a background to showcase an NFT from your Metamask wallet (Ethereum-based NFTs only).
Click Upload, and your background will automatically update.
📝 Note: We accept images up to 10MB in size. For best results, use a 1920x1920 JPEG with a square (1:1) ratio.
How to add a video background
In your Linktree Admin, go to the Theme page.
Scroll down to Background and select Video.
Choose one of the following options:
Upload your own video.
Choose from Coverr to select from over 500k royalty-free videos.
Your video will automatically play on a continuous loop with the sound muted.
Supported video formats:
MP4
AVI
MOV
WMV
WebM
📝 Note: If you're uploading your own video background, we recommend an aspect ratio of 9:16 (landscape) or 16:9 (portrait), with a limit of 50MB for the video. There's no time limit to the video, only a size limit.
