How to add a Music Link
Updated over a week ago

Our Music Link allows you to show your audience all the places where they can stream your music. Making it easier for your audience to choose the platform they want to listen to your music means they're more likely to listen and you get more streams.

🔔 Note: Adding a Music Link is currently unavailable on the Linktree app. Follow the steps below to add your Music Link using your web browser.

How does it work?

When you copy and paste a music URL of a song or album, our link detection will search through our supported platforms and generate a list of all the streaming options that we can find. You can then display these options on your Linktree.

The best thing about this feature is that it allows your audience to choose their preferred streaming service to listen to your music.

💡Tip: On the Pro plan, you can see which music services are most popular with your visitors by viewing the Link Analytics for your Music Link.

  1. In your Linktree Admin, hit the + Add link button.

  2. Select View all to see our Link Apps and find Music in the Share your content section.

💡 Tip: You can also click Add to Linktree from the Linktree Marketplace.

  3. Give your link a Title.

  4. Copy your music URL and then paste it into the URL field.

  5. A new music link thumbnail will appear below your link URL.

  6. Select Show links to all available streaming services.
If you have entered a Spotify, Soundcloud, or Audiomack URL, you can select Show a (platform) audio preview to show a preview of your music directly on your Linktree. Or you can select.

🔔 Note: If a streaming service isn't available in your visitor's country, it'll be moved to the bottom of the list on your profile.

And that's it!
