How do I install and use the Linktree Chrome Extension?

Enhance your Linktree experience directly from your browser with our Chrome extension. It's a seamless way to add links and products to your Linktree.

How to install the Linktree Chrome extension


  1. Install the Linktree Chrome extension by visiting the Chrome webstore ↗️ and clicking Add to Chrome.

  2. Tap on the Linktree logo in your extension toolbar in your browser.

  3. If you're not logged into your Linktree, you'll now be able to log in and get started.

💡Tip: The Linktree Chrome extension will also work in other Chromium based browsers, such as Arc, Brave or Opera.

Add links using the Linktree Chrome extension


  1. In your browser, navigate to the website you'd like to add to your Linktree.

  2. While on the website, tap on the Linktree logo in your extension toolbar in your browser.

  3. A pop up will open, with the link information pre-filled.

  4. Choose a Link Title.

  5. Tap Add to my Links to add the link to your Linktree.

  6. A new tab will open and you'll be brought to your Linktree Admin.

  7. Active your link by switching the toggle on.

💡Tip: You can also quickly add products to your Store using the Linktree Chrome extension. We'll go through those steps next.

Add products to your Store using the Linktree Chrome extension


  1. In your browser, navigate to the product you'd like to add to your Store.

  2. While on the product ebsite, tap on the Linktree logo in your extension toolbar in your browser.

  3. In the pop up that opens, select the Store tab.

  4. If the extension was able to detect a product, it will pull in all the available information. You can update the Title, Price and Currency.

  5. Tap Add to my Store, and that's it! The product is now in your Store.

📝 Note: If the extension is unable to find a product on the link, you can still add it through your Linktree admin. Here are some steps to help with that.
