Code Lock on links
Updated over a week ago

The lock symbol in your link settings allows you to access different options to lock that specific link. These options include a Sensitive Content label, Age Lock, NFT Lock, and now a Code Lock.

By enabling the Code Lock feature on your link, your visitors will be required to enter a 4-digit code before they are able to access the exclusive content found behind the link.

🔔 Note: Only a 4-digit numerical value can be used. The Code Lock does not accept any other character values (letters or symbols).

Steps:

  1. In your Linktree Admin, create the link that you would like to lock.

  2. Under the link URL, select the lock icon.

  3. From the dropdown options, select the Code option.

  4. Enter the 4-digit code that your visitors will need to enter to unlock the link.

  5. Provide a short Description of the locked link.

And that's it! The Code Lock is activated on your Linktree.
