What's the experience like for subscribers?
When someone visits your Linktree, they’ll see a Subscribe button on your profile. Here’s what happens next:
They click Subscribe.
A pop-up asks for their email address.
After entering their email, they click Subscribe.
📝 Note: They can choose to share their email address with you by checking a box. If they share their email with you, you'll find this in the Audience tab on your Linktree admin.
They receive an email with a verification code to confirm their subscription.
After entering the code and clicking Confirm, they’re subscribed.
Whenever you send a notification, subscribers will get an email with a direct link to your updated content.
Subscribers can follow multiple Linktrees and can unsubscribe anytime via the unsubscribe button in their notification.
How to track your subscribers
On the Free plan, you can view your total subscriber count in the Lifetime Analytics bar on the Analytics page.
For those on a paid plan, head to the Analytics page to see:
Daily/Weekly/Monthly subscriber growth.
Number of notifications sent.
Clicks from notifications.
Pro and Premium users can download a CSV file of their subscribers details, which will be sent to the email address associated with the Linktree account.
📝 Notes:
The CSV file only includes subscribers who have shared their email with you. This number might be lower than your total number of subscribers.
If you upgrade to Pro or Premium from a Free plan, you’ll receive subscriber emails from the last three months.
Linkers on any paid plan also have access to Subscriber Analytics within Individual Link Analytics, found in the Subscriber section.
