Having trouble accessing your Linktree? We get it; it can be frustrating. Before diving deeper, here’s a quick checklist to troubleshoot common hiccups:
Troubleshooting steps
1️⃣ Log in through the Linktree website
Make sure you're in the right spot. You can log in to your account at linktr.ee/login
2️⃣ Make sure you're using the right login method
Check that you're using the correct method to log in. Here are the different options available:
📝 Note: You must use the same method you chose when you created your account.
3️⃣ Double check you're entering the right information
Be sure to check the spelling of your username or email address when entering it.
💡 Tip: Your Linktree username is the last part of your URL.
Example: linktr.ee/yourusername
Use our forgot username tool if you need some help finding it.
4️⃣ Reset your password
If you've forgotten your password, you can choose a new one using our Forgot Password tool. We'll send you an email helping you choose a new password. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder in case it ended up there.
📝 Note: If you don't have access to the email address to receive a password reset, we'll need to do an account recovery. This process requires us to do some security checks and we appreciate your patience as we work to make sure you're the account owner.
5️⃣ Try a different browser or device
Sometimes there might be an issue with the browser or device you're using to log in. To rule this out, try a different one. You can also download the the Linktree app and try logging in there.
How to log in with your Username or Email
On the Linktree login page, type in your username or email.
Then enter your password.
Tap "Log in".
📝 Note: Attempt logging in with both your username and email. If you're a long-time Linker, it's possible we haven't enabled email login for your account yet.
How to log in with your Google account or Apple ID
On the Linktree login page, tap "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple."
Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Google or Apple account, and continue with the log in process.
When you're finished, you'll be taken back to your Linktree admin.
How to log in with your phone number
On the Linktree login page, tap "log in with a phone number."
Choose your country from the dropdown menu.
Enter your phone number.
📝 Note: Drop the "0" off the start of your phone number.
Tap "Log in."
