FAQs

What will visitors see when they click my Bonfire store link?

Visitors can browse a collection of up to six of your latest Bonfire products directly on your Linktree profile. If they select “Shop all”, they’ll be redirected to your full Bonfire store. Clicking on an individual product will take them to the checkout flow for that specific item.

Can customers shop directly from my Linktree?

No. Visitors will be redirected to your Bonfire store when they select the “Shop all” button or click on a specific product tile. All checkout transactions are handled through Bonfire.

Will Linktree have access to my sales data?

No. All order and transaction details are managed through your Bonfire dashboard. Linktree does not have access to your sales figures.

Can I choose the order of my products on my Linktree?

Currently, you can't manually reorder products. Your latest six products (or fewer, if you have less than six) from your Bonfire store will automatically display in a carousel format on your Linktree profile.
