How to Clear Cache

Your cache is the part of your hard drive that stores browser files which it may need to use again. The purpose of this is to increase the loading speed when you revisit a site. However, it can also cause some issues, such as site glitches and downloading errors. If you run into any functionality issues, clearing your cache often offers a quick fix.

To Clear your Cache on Google Chrome:

  1. Select the lock icon to the left of your URL.

  2. Select Cookies.

  3. Select Remove until "The following cookies were set when you viewed this page" are removed.

  4. Select Done.

OR

  1. In the browser bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData.

  2. Select the checkbox next to Cached images and files.

  3. Select Delete Data.


โ€‹To Clear your Cache on Firefox:

  1. Select the gear icon.

  2. Select Privacy & Security.

  3. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.

  4. Select Clear Data.

  5. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.

  6. Select Clear.

To Clear your Cache on Safari:

  1. From the Safari menu, select Clear History... or Clear History and Website Data...

  2. Select the desired time range, and then select Clear History.

  3. Go to Safari > Quit Safari.

To Clear your Cache on Microsoft Edge:

  1. In Edge, select Settings and more > Settings > Cookies and site permissions.

  2. Under Cookies and data stored, select Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data.

  3. Search for Liscio.

  4. Select the down arrow to the right of Liscio and select.
