On the home page, the Inbox section displays the most recent messages from your firm. To create a message from here, select +Add New in the upper-left corner, then select Message.
Select See All Inbox Messages to display all messages, or select the Inbox tab in the vertical menu to the left of your screen. Your unread messages will show with bold text and a colored dot next to them. To create a new message from your Inbox, select the +Message button in the upper-right corner.

At the top of your Inbox, you will see tabs for Alerts, Sent, Drafts, Archived, and Pinned messages.
You can find new messages by going to your Inbox and looking for unread messages with bold text and a colored dot, or by selecting your Notifications in the vertical menu.
