Send a message on the mobile app:
Select the +Message button on the Dashboard, or from the Inbox page select the (+) icon at the bottom of the screen.
In the Message to field, Select a Recipient, then click on the Recipient to add an Account.
Create a subject line and compose your message.
Select Send.
When you receive a response, you will receive a push notification. Select the notification to open the app and respond.
