Go to the Clients list > Tax Type > Choose Entity (go down the list).
Select all of the clients by clicking the top name at the list and clicking the shift key + end key.
Once all selected, go to the Client tab at the top and click Export > Export to File…
Leave Export Type to Comma Delimited.
Change the name of the file to the entity type (e.g., Individual, S-Corp, etc.).
Choose the following fields:
Client Information
City
Client Full name
Client Full name, last name first name
Client number
Client ID
Corporation Name *** If it is an S-Corp, it will say S Corporation Name
Email Address
Federal ID Number
Firm Number
Postal Code
Phone Number
State
Street Address
Taxpayer Email Address
Taxpayer First Name
Taxpayer Last Name
Taxpayer Home Telephone Number
Taxpayer Mobile Phone
Taxpayer Social Security Number
Taxpayer Work Telephone Number
Spouse First Name
Spouse Last Name
Spouse Email Address
Spouse Mobile Phone
Type of Entity
Zip Code
Click OK.
Data Disclaimers:
Data should include first names, last names, account/client names, email addresses, phone numbers, and entity types.
Email addresses are extremely important. This is how you will send your invites to Liscio. Please include as many as possible!
Do not send data files via email.
The cleanliness of data uploaded depends on the cleanliness of the source data.
If data is in all caps, we will convert to proper case. Please know names such as "MCDONALD" will convert to "Mcdonald".
Mobile numbers must be classified as such in order to go under the Mobile Phone category.
If no entity types (i.e. S-Corp, Partnership, Trust, etc.) are listed, accounts/clients will default to Individual or Organization.
Contacts cannot share an email address.
Phone numbers without area codes cannot be imported.
Duplicate Account Names and Contact Names can occur if they exist in source data.
Certain fields, such as Bank Account, Notes, or Birthdates, cannot be imported.
