You may want to create a Note from a Message you received or sent to a client. Instead of copying and pasting the information into a new note, you can create one directly from the Message.

To create a note from an entire Message thread:
Select the Message you want a Note created from.
Select the Create Note icon in the upper-right corner.
Within the Create Note box, choose an Account and a Contact you want the Note attached to.
The Title and Description fields are automatically populated based on the message you selected, but you can edit those as well.
Once done editing, select the Create Notes button in the lower-right corner.
To create a note from one message in a Message thread:
Navigate to the specific Message in the thread.
Select the Ellipses in the upper-right corner of the message.
Select Create Note.
Within the Create Note box, choose an Account and a Contact you want the Note attached to.
The Title and Description fields are automatically populated based on the message you selected, but you can edit those as well.
Once done editing, select the Create Notes button in the lower-right corner.
You can then view the Note in the Notes tab within the corresponding Contact and/or Account page.
