Client Service Team Members will receive a notification when a file is uploaded to an Account.
That being said, your clients have the option to manually remove users from the notification when they're uploading. In the rare instance that a client removes an employee from the recipient list and the correct employee wasn't notified, you can still send them a notification.

To notify an employee of a file upload or message that they need to see:
Click on the message containing the file upload
Type your message to the client, thanking them for the file and letting them know you've received it.
Click the Additional field.
Search for the employee who should be kept in the loop.
Click OK.
Click Send.
The employee is now aware of the file upload and will receive any future notifications in this thread if you or the client responds!
