Members of the Client Service Team are automatically notified when a file is uploaded to an Account.
However, clients can manually remove recipients when uploading a file. If that happens and someone on your team doesn’t get notified, you can still loop them in.
Notifying Another Employee About a File Upload
Open the message that contains the uploaded file
Type a quick reply to the client (e.g., “Thanks for sending the file—we’ve received it”)
Select the Additional Recipients field
Search for the teammate you want to notify
Select OK
Select Send
That employee will now be part of the conversation and will receive any future replies in the thread—from you or the client.
