After uploading a file to a Contact and Account, the file will automatically be stored in the Files page of the Contact, the Account, and the firm.

Whether uploading from a Message or a File Upload, the way to add additional recipients is the same.

  1. In the To field, add your first recipient Contact and related Account, then select OK.

  2. In the To field behind the first recipient, select again to add an additional recipient Contact and related Account, and then select OK.

  3. Continue adding all recipients you would like to send the file to.

Pro Tip: All recipients will be able to see each other's names and associated Accounts when sending files in this method. If you wish to not have them see each other's information, you'll need separate file uploads.

Note: If the recipient is an Account Owner, it is not strictly necessary to tie them to the file because they can view all files that have been uploaded to their Account. If a Contact is not an Account Owner, it is necessary to select them as the recipient in order to give them access to the file.
