There are two ways to create an Account:
Method 1:
Click +Add New at the upper-left side of your screen.
Click Account.
Fill out the pertinent information.
Scroll to the bottom and click Create Account.
Method 2:
Click on the Accounts page on the left side of the screen.
Click the +Account button in the upper right corner.
Fill out the pertinent information.
Scroll to click Create Account at the bottom of the screen.
