Prefill Recipient

You can add yourself as a recipient on an eDoc, which allow you to fill out fields prior to sending it to your clients to complete. Once you have added all recipients, including yourself, select "Prepare Doc for Signing". You can toggle between the recipient you wish to assign fields to using the drop-down in the upper-right corner.

Check Box vs Radio Button

Check boxes allow the recipient to select multiple options. Radio buttons only allow the recipient to make a single selection. When you drag the Radio Button field onto the eDoc, the system will default to 2 buttons. Hover over the two placed buttons to show the blue "+" icon, and use it to add additional Radio Buttons.

Multiple Recipients

Before preparing the document for signing, add all recipients, yourself included (if applicable) in the "To" box on the +eDocs screen.

While in the eDoc, you can toggle between recipients with the option in the upper-right corner.

Customizing Fields

There are a number of customization actions you can perform on a field after you have added it to your eDoc. To access these options, simply click on the field to bring up the options.

Additional customization options can be found under the Customize field button at the bottom of this menu.

Customization options vary depending on the field type, but these are a few that you may find useful:

Field Type: Use this to quickly change between the different types of fields.

Value Type: Use this to choose between Entered and Calculated

Text Format: Select between Characters, Email, or Custom

Character Type: Further narrow down the filling options by Letters and Numbers, just Letters, or just Numbers.

Add or Edit Conditions: This allows you to alter the accessibility of a field depending on the selection made in a different field.
