When your firm sends eDocs, the recipient(s) will be notified via email and push notification that they have been assigned an eDoc Task. You may still want to check on the progress of the eDoc if it hasn't been completed yet. Here's how to do so:

1. Tracking from the eDocs Page:

  1. Select eDocs in the vertical menu from the left-hand menu.

  2. View the status tabs at the top:

    • In Progress – Sent to signers

    • Completed – Signed

    • Cancelled

    • Draft

      • Pro Tip: Deleting a Draft will credit that eDoc back to your balance.

  3. Select an Agreement to view additional details.

Here you can:

  • Cancel the eDoc.

  • Download the audit report.

  • Download the document.

  • Follow the agreement to the related Task by selecting the word Task next to the status (e.g., "Sent for Signature") to view comments and task history.

2. Tracking from the Tasks Page:

  1. After sending the eDoc, find it under the Open Tasks tab on the Tasks page.

    1. Pro Tip: Comment on the Task to nudge your client to sign faster. Clients are notified via email and push notification when a comment is made. They are also notified the week before it's due, and weekly if it's overdue.

  2. When the eDoc is signed, the Task Owner will receive a notification, and the Task will move to the Pending Review tab.

  3. The signed document will be stored in the Files section of the firm, Contact, and Account.

  4. After the Task is marked complete, it will move to the Archive tab for future reference.
