Respond to emails with a secure Liscio message to maintain secure communication. Responding to an email with a secure Liscio message also gently reinforces Liscio is your preferred communication channel and encourages client to utilize Liscio messaging for future interactions.
To reply to an email with a Liscio Message:
Click the Reply with Liscio Message icon:
You can access this feature by hovering over the unopened email to make the icons appear. You can also access this feature by opening the email and using the icons that reside in the upper-right corner of the opened email message.
Choose your message recipient(s).*
Choose the related account(s).*
Select Notify Via Text, should you wish.
The message and contents of the email will already be in the Description Box. Add your own message and contents above the original email message.
Add attachments, if applicable.
Click Send ►.
The message will be sent to your recipients and can be accessed by logging into their Liscio account.
Note: Our Email Integration also has the added function of Quick Adding a Contact and Account to easily turn any email sender into a client in Liscio.
